Bo’s Falafel Bar

Jordan and Sierra, two kids from Bend who have returned with a goal of bringing healthy and affordable food to the Westside, opened Bo’s Falafel Bar. Their menu includes hot and crisp falafel as a sandwich or bowl. You can add toppings such as pomegranate slaw or garden sauce from the bar. They also offer an extensive drink selection including bottled juices, soda, wine by the glass and beer on tap.
