Not a Premier Dining Experience
This review should be 2 1/2 stars. Bonfire is the "premier" restaurant at Three Rivers Resort and Casino in Florence, Oregon. On the only plus side, my husband really liked his linguine and chicken parmesan. I wanted to do small plates, like tapas, so I ordered three appetizers. One was the sizzling beef tips for $16 in a gelatinous, very dark gravy. I had to spit out three pieces of gristle, which were hiding in that gravy! I also got the Tempua zucchini. The zucchini spears were dipped and fried in a super thick, heavy, pancake type batter which I had to remove. There was a mountain of fried batter on my plate which was nothing like a thin tempura batter. The stuffed mushrooms were so sadly small, and came with a super spicy, very salty chipotle dipping sauce. I mentioned the problems to the waitress (Anella?) when she first came around to see how things were. Nothing was done....no discount on the meal. Service was attentive. I would not recommend this restaurant.

They had me vomiting for 2 hours for giving my food I was allergic to and didnt care
DONT CARE ABOUT ALLEGIES! Didnt apologize for telling me the food and sause i was given was good for me to eat the found out because I had an allergic reaction that it was in fact not safe for me and the allergies I told them I had. Apparently the manager was told the the served food made me sick not was having an allergic reaction. I called the manager to let him know and he said that because I had multiple allergies that it was to hard to accommodate. He offered to comp my next meal. I told him he was lucky I noticed soon enough that it only made me sick for 2 hours and not more severe. He said that that was not the standard he holds his people to and that he would have a conversation later when he wasnt so busy with all the restaurants he was running

Bon Fire was unfortunately quite disappointing
Local to Florence and had dinner and appetizers at the “5 star” Bon Fire restaurant located in the casino . Service was good but nothing special , the rib eye and the filet were both nicely cooked , well seasoned and tender , vegetables lacked flavor and baked potatoes were not fully cooked and actually cool to the touch . We were hesitant to send the potatoes back but we did and the replacement potatoes were hot but not fully cooked ….very disappointing to say the least . Rolls were warm and good , appetizer was steamed clams and the clams were quite small and several were not opened and not a lot of clams to eat . Broth was flavorful and had good seasoning..the deserts were nice and quite good . I rated the experience a 3 out of 5 and took into account Florence , Oregon is a beach community and maybe expectations were too high for the area …..prices were too high for the service, meal and the area …..overall, disappointing experience .

One If Not The Best Dinner Restaurant On The Oregon Coast
We have dined at this restaurant numerous times over the years when visiting Florence and was disappointed when it was closed for a lengthy period of time but now that it has reopened, it seems to be better than before. We recently dined at Bonfire again and had some steaks which were cooked perfectly. Great dining experience on the Oregon Coast in Florence, Oregon
