Please Eat Somewhere Else, I’m warning you
Went here for Christmas Eve dinner. Waiter was very nice. Service was painfully slow. Food was terrible for the price. Cafeteria quality food at $40 per plate. Skip dinner and put the money in the slots, you have better odds of hitting a jackpot than finishing the food.
F is for Failure
This is a rebooted restaurant, after closing for months because their chef left. The attempt to be 5star is a huge failure. For starters they give preference to comped gamblers. As if that isn't enough, to make reservations you have to go thru the Host Office and that has failed. Often times the reservations disappear. The service is Extremely Slow with a serious lack of attention. They are seriously over priced, and the quality of food is not worth the food even for being comped. The food is not seasoned. The food is over cooked or under cooked. Many times half of the plate is ice cold. Pasta is like paste with RAW garlic. Fish dishes are grey, as in sitting under warming lights. Desserts are not baked thoroughly. Brulee is liquid-y. I am a patient customer, I don't send my food back. I have given them enough chances and spoken to management. It hasn't been fixed.
Service needs a hug but food okay
Food was good for some. Okay for others. I'll try it again. But our server was so rude. Didn't want to answer questions. We had someone with food allergies. So it was important we know a few things. Rebecca seemed impatient when we had several questions. It really upset several of us while dining. I will update on my next visit.
We went for our anniversary dinner. We had made an early reservation like 4:30 pm. The prices were like eating at a high end restaurant. Unfortunately the food was not on the high end at all. Meat was tough & over cooked & not served very warm, the vegtables were cold. we also had issues with the wait staff. we were slow to get waited on and the wait person was not attentive. If a person is to pay for high end food it should come out that way.
Great service, where's the food quality control?
Normally food here is good to excellent, but not this time! We were very disappointed as my steak was overcooked, and side veggies undercooked(cold). My wife's shrimp Alfredo was like paste, and side veggies not cooked and cold. I only can venture a guess of inexperienced cooks, or lack of qualified chef? They were not that busy, and I overheard other complaints as well. Service was very good, but I got the feeling she was seeing the food wasn't up to par. Too bad, was a great food place before, kinda feel bad for writing a bad review, but unfortunately true.
