Wonderful South Indian food with an emphasis on their excellent biryanis. The usual buffet may have 1-2 rice choices. Besides white rice, there were 4 biryani choices, all tasty. As a matter of fact, the meat and vegetable choices all seemed more plentiful than the usual Indian buffet. There were 3 dessert choices, too. I sampled as much as I could, probably about half the choices and loved everything.
Just look out back of the building. I saw someone cooking or prepping outside. Then leaving the bit and pieces on the ground and that rotting curry smell, no thank you.
You know you're in the right Indian restaurant when you're the only non-Indian in the whole place! Not much atmosphere, but that doesn't matter when the food is this good! Only ate in once, but did takeout several times - it can't be beat.
The food was delicious and the Chicken Vindaloo was amazing. Butter chicken was great for those who don't enjoy spicy foods. Both the garlic and the plain Naan were unimpressive. Vegetable Samosas were great. Quick service, helpful staff. Paper plates with plastic silverware. Not a ton of seating but enough for lunch.
