Disappointing! The food was marginal at best. The chowder was not flavorful, no celery or enough clams. The crab on the crab louse salad was good, but the salad awful. Huge slices of cucumbers that were not peeled, small tasteless tomatoes. We had high hopes after reading g about the owner…apparently he is no longer. DONT bother going here.

We've been coming to this wonderful restaurant for many years and have never gotten a bad meal there! The wait staff is very professional, and doesn't hover, but at the same time is always there when you need them! The entrees are outstanding, and their sides dishes are delicious and unusual, like their seaweed salad, or Broccolini! They have a full bar and micro brews from local Oregon brewers. Right off highway 101 as you enter the Manzanita area, with plenty of free parking. And the beach is literally less than 3 minutes down Laneda Avenue! Great place for fresh Oregon Seafood as well as sandwiches, burgers, steaks and salads. You won't be disappointed!

A great find!
What a great find! We've passed this place on the way to Manzanita, but never stopped. We'll definitely be back. The food was amazing. Razor clams were one of the specials and these were perhaps the best I've ever had. The meal came with a delicious dinner salad and choice of baked potato, rice or fries. My husband had the halibut fish and chips and they were also delicious. Not only was the food amazing, the service was great in spite of the fact that the place was packed.

Delicious food!!
We went to Big Wave in Manzanita 1/12/25 for lunch. Very impressed. A large fresh salad with tomatoes, carrots, radishes, red onion. The salad was included with our entree of razor clams, sautéed broccolini and fries. The food was delicious and the service very good. We will definitely stop again.

Quick service and good food
Service was quick and food was good I recommend the halibut sandwich. Place was clean. The prices were a little high but common for the coast.
