We went for our 3 year anniversary, the wait staff was friendly, the food arrived in a timely manor but then last night both my husband and I got food poisoning.

We were staying at the Salishan and enjoyed a very good dinner at the Attic. The waiter was also fun and friendly. We think the decor needs an overhaul but otherwise it was a nice evening.

Disappointing
Very disappointing. The halibut I ordered was overcooked and tough as leather. My wife’s salmon bowl was horrible. Overcooked farmed (not “local” as advertised) salmon and old, “dead” vegetables, to use my wife’s description. She could not eat it. The service was fine. If you eat here, perhaps stick to the burger or something simple. The Salishan Lodge is beautiful and classic Northwest architecture. Too bad the restaurant sucks.

My husband and I were at the lodge for a conference and celebrating our anniversary. Toni, our server, was incredible. She went out of her way to create a wonderful experience for us. Her drink and food recommendations were on point! Sam, the bartender, is an artist. Dare I say, a true mixologist. The combinations of unusual and classic flavors were something I wouldn’t have expected outside of a metro city. What a gem of a restaurant and staff! This was a memorable anniversary! Thank you!
