My favorite place for a pint (or three)
Simply put - this is the best taphouse not only in Oregon City, but the greater Portland area. They don't have the largest number of taps - but the owners do an excellent job of curating a nice variety of beers. There's always a couple really good IPAs on tap, a big burly bourbon barrel aged beers, a couple lighter beers, and at least two sours (usually a de Garde too). They also serve at least two ciders and a couple wines. Their bottles available to go are also well above average. Finally, the environment is clean, friendly, and comfortable for both a quick stop or an extended stay. They don't have any food, but there are 5+ places to get food within a two minute walk, several that will deliver.

This is an excellent taphouse with bottles of various beers for sale too!
This place is excellent for the beer lover. It has some great beers on tap and it also has various different beers for sale. and those beers for sale are an awesome selection to choose from. The guy behind the bar was very helpful. And it wasn't long after listening to his description of the beers on take what Dark Beer I would have. I then went to a tables and enjoyed my drink as I gazed around the place at the decor. Before I left I just had to look at the beer they had for sale in the cooler. Talk about temptation! This place is easy to find on the street it is located at. If you stand at its entrance and look west you see the Arch Bridge over the Williamette River. If you look east you see the iconic Oregon City Municipal Elevator that takes you up to the bluff and a view of Willamette Falls.

Comfortable with Great Beer
So many taps! It's hard to choose but choose you must. And then take it home if you like it. Fill a growler or get cans or bottles. A Swedish and Korean restaurants close by offer good food. Take a free ride up the city elevator for great views while you're at it.

Delightful small tap house by the Elevator
Dropped in for a beer and a wine -- lovely host, great options. The salty spicy almonds were a great nibble to go with it. Very small, but very nice!

Lovely Little Tap House
A group of us decided to explore beautiful downtown Oregon City and this was one of our stops. Nice atmosphere, good selection of beers and ciders, and even some decent wine for the Mrs who is not a beer drinker. I had a To Ol B.A. Jule Maelk which at 15.0% ABV is the strongest beer I've ever tried and it was amazingly good. They don't serve food, but I was told you can order from the restaurant next door. We were just here to drink.
