Quiet, good service and good food.
We had a quiet relaxing dinner at Altitude tonight. Service and food wa excellent. We had a great berry pear salad and steak which was tender and delicious. Congrats to the Resort for good option on Monday when restaurants are typically closed on the mountain.

Great Breakfast and Dinner Spot
I had a great experience. Love the staff. Best breakfast spot on the mountain even if you are not staying at the hotel....

Very good customer service
Very nice restaurant. We didn’t know that all we could get was a breakfast buffet. Coffee was K and F- good coffee. Buffet offerings were good quality scrambled eggs, hash browns, excellent bacon and pancakes. Unfortunately we were there at about 10:45 am and although the food was in quality warmers it was barely warm. We don’t want to leave and have to drive elsewhere so we just ate breakfast. Pancakes were very hard. As we ate an employee came over and said she realized the food was not hot and offered to just charge for one breakfast. We thought that was very fair, and since that included coffee and orange juice it was a bargain. Impressed that they realized it was not up to standard, and made us happy. Would recommend. If it had been hot, it would have been perfect.

Avoid Altitude
I made a reservation through the restaurant's website the day before. I received both a text message and an email confirming my reservation. However, when I went to the restaurant, the clerk in the hotel lobby informed me that Altitude was closed. Until I physically arrived at the restaurant, I did not receive any notification. I felt like Jerry Seinfeld arguing with a clerk about the meaning of the word "reservation." We then went to Rendezvous and had an excellent meal. Coincidentally, our waiter told us he worked at Altitude before and that this happens all the time. Once a place to eat, now the locals avoid it like the plague. According to him the food is now terrible and the service is even worse. I couldn't verify as my reservation was not honored.
