With 1,200 milking does (mother goats) this year – round Grade A commercial goat dairy sells raw milk to an artisan cheese maker in California. The dairy is fully managed and primarily staffed by female students and women who have a passion for agriculture. Milking takes place twice each day; the does kid from December to June. The dairy is extremely busy, so tours must be arranged in advance.
