As Thumper says
So my mama said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. Well the French fries were pretty good. The fried oysters were a 2 outta 10. The coleslaw was inedible at best. I don't even think the seagulls would eat it. The prices were high. I can't comment on the service cuz it is more or less self serve. Carry on to another restaurant.

After 4PM to order PIZZA
Heard so many good things about Fort George Brewery. Today was the day to get one of their famous pizza's.....But not today..... We arrived at 11AM when they opened but the pizza's are not made till after 4 PM. If it is on this site or their website I didn't see the time. So we cried in the beer we ordered which was very cold and good. Then we checked out their menu and ordered chicken wings (they were the WHOLE large wings and were 5 of them) which were great. Also order Chorizo con Queso which was fantastic HOWEVER the chips we got were the bottom of the bag broken chips and were hard to scoop up the Queso. Ordered a summer spinach salad which was just okay Then we topped it off with a flourless Chocolate Torte. Over all just okay and not why we came to FGB. ******Just a note****** We arrived at 11 AM on Wed 8/13, first in... By noon it was standing room only and a long line to order your food.

Al”mighty good” pizza
On our vacation quests for Breweries to try, we visited Fort George. It is housed in a really great building! We are on the second floor where pizza is on the menu, we had The Almighty pizza and it was mighty good! Our server, Mark, was great about helping my husband choose his beers for his beer flight!

Worth having a meal here!
Let me start by saying I was conflicted on rating then 4 or 5. We have a couple of issues, the upstairs and downstairs are essentially two different restaurants and you can’t really order from one and bring it to the other. We thought that was weird but once you get past that and understand it than your good. We did the upstairs menu. We have a beer tester and liked each beer which rarely happens for us. We started from light to dark and it was all good beer. Put pizza was great. The only one that was a little too strong was the carnivore pizza because it had a lot of meat and the sausage was strong but it is good if you like that. The highlight was the island hopper pizza. It was delicious!! Best thing I’ve eaten on our trip!! The location is cool. Has a cool vibe and in walking distance to all downtown things.

Great Pizza and beer
Went w/ wife for dinner, no reservations. Went upstairs. Very good pizza. good selection of beer and ciders. moderate pricing for tourist area of coast, no wait for seating.
