Great Staff!
First time here! It was a clear, but chilly, windy day in March, so sitting outside was out of the question. Hubby enjoyed 2 seasonal drafts while I opted for a hot wine drink. Beverages were great! Lovely view of the river from the tap room.

Beautiful river views on the dog-friendly balcony!
The second-story balcony has beautiful views of the river and allowed us to eat with our pup in a lovely setting up away from the street. The food took a while to come, but given how busy they were it is no wonder. There were many families, couples, and dogs on the spacious balcony area. Handsome and I both liked the food; his was a Ruben sandwich, which was very flavorful with a generous portion of fries, and mine was the hummus flatbread plate. The hummus was very good and there was plenty of it to go with flatbread, carrots, olives, etc. Delicious! We watched the sun go down over the river as all the families and their pets played in the park below.

Nice and helpful staff. Attractive, modern and comfortable spot to sample beers. I liked their ipas. We plan to go again next time we visit from Seattle.

Late bite
We came here in the early evening after exploring the area a bit. The location was prime if you're a kiteboarder or other water sport enthusiast as it's just a short walk to the launch spot. I had the pork sandwich and it was excellent. GF just wanted some fries. They made a mistake on one of the orders and fixed it but the manager or owner wasn't too friendly about it. Overall the staff were great though. Beers were ok and they had a large variety. Nothing really struck me as amazing though of the 5 I tasted. They had some really cool yurts and a huge outdoor spot as well. I could definitely see myself going back if I was there in the summer for a mid day meal or evening drinks.

The Place to Enjoy Your Friends
Bring a crowd of friends to enjoy the 2nd story open-air hospitality of Ferment. The salmon burger was terrific. The large modern fire feature kept the chill at bay for a late dinner.
