Great venue!
Stopped in for a quick beer. It was packed so sat at the bar. My hubby and I ended up splitting a turkey bacon sandwich which was delicious! Prices on food very reasonable and good quality! We enjoyed their beers! They had a sale on 6 packs to go so left with 2! Staff was very friendly & welcoming. We will definitely stop in again!

Great food
It’s very hard to find gluten free food when I go anywhere. Let me tell you I had the BEST GF club sandwich that I have ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Double Mountain Brewery has great Pizza!
We spent a couple of hours in Hood River on a beautiful, sunny fall day, a perfect day to wander around the small downtown area, filled with eclectic shops and lots of places to drink coffee and eat. After reading a couple of reviews about Double Mountain Brewery pizza, we decided to head over there. We were able to enjoy an outdoor booth table. We ordered a Greek salad, a margarita pizza and drinks. I had a mug of tap root beer...it was delish!... My husband had a couple of 5 oz. glasses...an IPA and an ale. Both were fruity smelling and he really enjoyed them, especially the IPA. The salad was fresh and we liked it a lot, only thing is we thought it could have a little more feta. But the highlight was the pizza! It left us wanting more. A perfect mix of sauce and cheese and basil, on a really exquisite and delicious dough. When you bit into it it had a real bite, crunch. Not too thick or thin, and it held up nicely until it was sadly all gone. As a person that makes bread and pizza dough at home (sourdough of course 🙃) I was truly impressed. We had great, attentive service from a friendly waitress. And the restroom was clean. If you are in Hood River go have pizza there! Really!

From Hartford to Hood River: A True Taste of Home
On our trip to Mt. Hood, my son and I stopped in at Double Mountain Brewery, and we were not disappointed. He lives in Hartford, so it was a fun twist to find pizza with true Connecticut-style roots here in Oregon—every bite was so good, the kind you don’t want to leave a single crust behind. For an appetizer, we ordered the meatballs, and they were outstanding—perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, just the way I make them at home. Honestly, they’re the best meatballs I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and that says a lot after years of trying them all over. My son tried a cider, enjoyed it so much he ordered a second, while I went with the ginger ale, which was bursting with flavor and far beyond anything you’d find in a can. The staff was excellent—attentive, friendly, and even helped us get out the door quickly knowing we were in a rush. This spot has the right mix of great food, welcoming people, and a local vibe that makes it worth a stop every time.

Yummy, filing, and happy
Hands down the biggest and best club sandwich I have ever had. The bacon was so good and just so much yummy stuff. It was almost the size of my head. Oh yea…they have really good beer and ciders.
