At Craft Kitchen & Brewery they use a 7-barrel system with only the finest ingredients to keep their beer as Craft as possible.
They use locally sourced orchard wood and smoke everything in house. The food products and ingredients are also locally sourced. All meat and seafood are from responsibly owned Northwest businesses. They use sustainable or compostable products whenever possible. Brisket and Burnt Ends are made fresh daily and sliced to serve.
