I don't know where to begin. I guess, the beer! Coming from SoCal, the land of microbreweries, Conversion has to enter the race - they just might win, too! I find myself at a loss for words to describe my experience because it was so unique and so ... GOOD! There is a beer for everyone, it's not all hoppy IPAs. And they even have homemade sodas (non-alcoholic). The sodas are not too sweet, the root beer tastes like my childhood, and the orange cream soda takes me back to the ice cream shop days. The food - finally!!! A place that does Jalapenos poppers right! Not fried, but cooked in the wood-fire oven. Everything is cooked in the WF oven + no grills. The pizza dough is fabulous (especially when cooked into a pizza on the WF oven, lol). I wish we had another day here to try other dishes. I was scoping that steal salad as it walked by to another table.

Atmosphere ...not really there. The pizza is wood fired, fairly good. A little LIMP, maybe they could COOK it LONGER?? crisp it up? The WINGS...super SOGGY, flavoring weak. I had to put Jar hot sauce at the table on them. I would REALLY LIKE them to be at least a LITTLE CRISPY?! I think they just boil them? How about some ghost pepper or Habanero sauce, and throw those wings on the WOOD FIRE GRILL?!!! yyummmy

Very decent wood fired pizza (thin crust). Smaller pizzas -- we ordered three for three people so we could have leftovers. We especially liked the Hawaiian, very smoky ham and mild pineapple. The bonus is that they deliver ($5 delivery charge) .

Amazing wood fire pizza's
The atmospher is great, it's so nice to walk into a pizza place and have no TV's around and where you can acataully carry on a conversation! Jill, the server is just fabulous and the wood fire pizza is great! We have had our fair share of wood fire pizza's and we think this is the BEST!!! So if you love a lighter flare pizza experiance visit this place, the hard cider on tap is not bad either.
