Their baked goodies are pretty yummy, but definitely have that "natural" taste. For those who eat this way regularly, it's probably not too noticeable, but I like all my full fat butters, refined flours and sugars. Just a personal preference, but regardless, it all tastes great.

Was driving down the road to the freeway and just happened to glance sideways to see this new bakery addition to Albany downtown. I circled the block and parked and went in for a freshly baked cinnamon roll and I'm glad I did, I was cheerily greeted by a young lady who gave me the lowdown on what was coming out of the oven and a short history of the place. It is quite inviting on the corner with some indoor seating nice views to the street. Really friendly staff and you and you can watch them bake. Lots of choices of breads, sweet rolls and goodies,

Feel the love!
It is very hard to get a great muffins when you have to be gluten free. The batter's flours are completely different and it is hard to get a moist rise and bake. This place has it going on! Employee's rock!!! What a treat!
