Had expected more of a creamery selection, but Face Rock only does cheddars of all types. The clam chowder was ordinary and the salad with cold chicken was nothing special. Probably wouldn't eat there again, but stop in to buy cheddar for a picnic and grab an ice cream cone.

We've been coming to Bandon every summer for the past 13 years and hitting up Face Rock for ice cream scoops. The best part was walking away with a huge scoop that made everyone's eyes huge, betting you couldn't possibly eat that much. Well, sadly, over the past three years, the sizes have shrunk. Now they meticulously weigh each scoop under the watchful eye of a camera that is pointed out by the scoopers. I honestly feel bad for the scoopers. What a total buzz kill to fun, summertime ice cream cones. Skip Face Rock and head to Old Town for generous scoops of Umpqua at the Big Wheel General Store. They serve very reasonably priced cones, scooped with a smile! You won't be disappointed.

We initially stopped at this Creamery to check out the cheese -- wonderful -- but saw that it was also a restaurant. We had the Pretzel Burgers with the onion & chive cheese. What a reasonably priced Lunch! And so good. We couldn't pass up the ice cream so many people seemed to be eating and got scoops on the way out.

Great casual spot for lunch or an ice cream cone! They have a deli-style counter where you can order lunch, or purchase local or imported cheeses to take home, and their ice cream counter with at least a dozen or more Oregon-made flavors is around the corner. Prices are very reasonable. Indoor seating, with small deli-style booths and bistro tables. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff!

Great deal for your money.
We got ice cream and could not believe the amount of ice cream we received for the price. A kid size cone was almost more than I could eat! The cheese we bought is delicious. Definitely stopping in again.
