The staff and check in process were great. They explain and demo safety, and all drivers need to do a quick trial out back before heading out to dunes. Recommend going early in morning before dunes get more crowded.

SO much FUN
So much fun. Staff was super patient and helpful even though they were busy and a bit understaffed. A fun time for our 20 year old son. Riding along the ocean beach was a one of a kind experience. The dunes are amazing. A must do if in the area.

So we came to Steve's to rent 2 mini ATVs for our kids who were not otherwise big enough to ride one, and give them a chance to drive the ATVs around their mini park specifically for kids. They did not have a UTV that could accommodate our family of 5, with a 5 year old, so we ended up driving up to Florence and using Torex for us to be able to go out on the Dunes and enjoy that as a family. I'll say the mini park at the KOA is a really great place for younger kids to get their feet wet and get the experience of driving around. Both our 8 and 5 year old had an awesome time driving, learning and experiencing the thrill of getting to drive an ATV. That said, the service here was incredibly slow, and they only had a couple of 50's so we had to leave and come back multiple times before we got a chance to actually ride them, because they were out with another renter at the time. The staff was definitely not in a hurry to service us, and I could see that if we were doing a full family excursion here, this would be rather irritating and frustrating. That said though, since we were only doing the mini park with the kids, everything worked out just fine. The KOA mini park is a short little walk/drive on the ATVs away from Steve's so it is super convenient, and you don't have to have the kids drive out onto the main road to get to it. It's set up really nicely with some carved out paths for the kisd to explore and I highly recommend that park to super young beginners looking to do some riding!

Have bought tons from them over the years. Today go in to buy new flags because lost one on the dunes. Bought 4 dropping a 50 dollar bill. Then they would not let me borrow a wrench to install it. Never again. Will drive miles instead. Or support Dune Bug ATV who did let me use a wrench!!

Kept over 700 dollars for nothing
Beware awful customer service. I gave 2 weeks notice to cancel because of surgery and NO REFUND NO MATTER WHAT. They kept 744. 37 for free. Won't return a call. Crooks .
