The view is breathtaking and well worth the drive to soak it all up! A great way to enjoy the outdoor scenery!
Whatever you do make sure you stop here for fab views across the Columbia river gorge. It can get busy but you will find a spot to park.
Nobody drives carefully in this stretch. There is a real danger of accident. We think the views are ok.
Amazingly beautiful drive along the river bluffs. If you are in Hood River or the Dalles this is an easy drive and really shows off the transition from rain forest to high plains along the Columbia.
