    Charming, quaint courtyard, great coffee

Charming, found ourselves some great coffee and pastries, able to sit outside in the courtyard. Loved the large toy store, w/old fashioned toddler rides inside the shop. Various places to eat, we enjoyed walking around this area. Mostly high-end stores, however, with a few others mixed in. We did find a few wonderful sale items at the Pendleton store and the person who helped us was very kind and friendly.

    Must visit

Most beautiful part of Eugene. Lots of artisan shops. Also great places to eat. Stunning buildings and full of atmosphere.

Tent camp/dump! Not the place for a family!

This last week we were going to take the kiddos to the toy store. We were parked accross the rail road tracks. I wish we had noticed the sidewalk tent/tarp camp before walking into the mess! Eugene use to be a clean city, we were very disappointed and will not be back to the market until we feel that is is safe!

Average, only go if you have time to kill

Because came up on trip advisor as a top activity, I wandered around. The shopping isn’t great (I love local boutique type shopping, but there just wasn’t much variety, nor are there many stores). The grocery store was awesome!! (Gourmet food and wine). I appreciated the Oregon based store since I was from out of town and wanted to pick up some local treats. (Got some candy and coffee to take home) Overall, this place is small and doesn’t have much to offer. It’s clear that this is the area of downtown to grab a bite to eat- with several restaurants within waking distance of the shopping (across the street - not actually in the development). Parking is free and easy!
