Owner Ian Vidinha was born and raised on the island Kauai. He grew up cooking and learning the ways of his native Hawaiian and Portuguese roots on the west side of the island. There he learned that food and culture have a deep connection with the land, a.k.a. ‘aina. At ‘Aina they put their heart into the food they make and the connections with their customers. Voted Bend’s Best Food Truck 2021 and 2022.
