The staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities generally speaking were great. The only recommendation is to turn the temperature down of the jacuzzi because it was a bit too hot, and too smelly of chlorine. Some ventilation ventilation would be nice.

Such a great stay. We always enjoy our time at Mt Hood Village. The park staff is friendly, the sites are well cared for and we will see you again next summer!

Zoe cabin is cute on the outside but needs repair. Bathroom floor had been flooded and had soft spots. Mold on wall on corner of shower. Toilet rocks when even a small person sits on it. Countertops had been used as a cutting board. Lightbulb out in downstairs bed. Upstairs bedroom needed a good vacuuming with a handheld vacuum, and also behind the little sofa, which was hard, so I sat on a pillow. Someone had stolen the silverware and cutting board.

Big foot can visit your site , watch it
It's the kind of place where you can truly disconnect, It’s a peaceful, welcoming retreat that perfectly captures the beauty of the Mt. Hood area. Just did not like the leaf blowers early in the AM or other maintenance done ina the AM

Shady Sites With Plenty of Room
Great site in the shade, which was inportant as it was in the mid 90's. The site was great and was wider than usual. The bathrooms were clean. The laundry was easy with multiple washers and dryers. We didn't use the pool. The park is not too far from Mt. Hood activities. Great pizza at the ZigZag Inn.
