Steps from the concert hall and Pioneer Square
We really enjoyed our stay at the Paramount Hotel. We stayed over New Year’s to attend a concert at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, and the location could not have been better. It was about a two-minute walk, which made the whole experience incredibly easy. We were also very close to Pioneer Square, so we got to see the New Year’s drone lights, which was a fun bonus. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was extremely spacious with a huge tub that felt luxurious. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room was really nice. We also loved that we did not even need to leave the hotel to have a great experience. We enjoyed whiskey cocktails at the hotel’s whiskey bar, and the next morning we grabbed breakfast at The Tavern. The service was excellent and the food was great. Overall, the rates are very affordable without sacrificing comfort or quality. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful time once again
This is my 2nd time staying here in this hotel. The saffs are very friendly and the location is good (theater, performing art center, shopping mall and etc). I got to see drone show on New Year's eve, which was couple of minutes on walk (a plus). If I have a chance to come to Portland, I will definitely stay here once again.

Nice Hotel in a Great Location
I really enjoyed my stay at the Paramount Hotel. I stayed for two nights in a King Balcony Room. Great location close to plenty restaurants and the Blue and Red train line. Also near a bus stop. Coffee station in the lobby, nice restaurant, and a happening bar in the lobby. Wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. My room had a King Bed with a balcony and two chairs, small mini fridge, safe, and large bathroom. I found the bed to be comfortable along with decent pillows. My only complaint is a better tv to navigate the channels not so complicated. The water pressure in my room was a little weak. Besides those two little things it was great. I would totally stay here again. Also the I don't agree with the previous negative reviews this hotel was nice and in a great location to explore downtown Portland. I didn't have a car so I just took public transit. The combination of trains and buses works so well in Portland. I found the downtown charming with lots of old building and signs. I really appreciate the staff Camille, Michael, McCray, and Sarah. They helped me navigate Portland and I walked to the Portland Art Museum. I had a wonderful stay for two days.

Great stay!
My daughter and I took a trip to see a show at the Arlene Schnitzer concert hall. I chose this hotel originally for it's location but it was a great experience overall!
