  Nice Suite

  Nice atmosphere and location. Suite was clean and comfortable. Great amenities and fair price. Will stay in the Suites again but not Inn across street.

  Excellent check in experience. Upgraded our room without increasing the fee. Upgrade not asked for! Room was a suite. Very comfortable.

  The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that they had parking available and the suites were very roomy.

  Go to place for a quick stop over in Portland.

  Convenient location with parking on-site, clean rooms, hard floors, kitchenette is a big plus. Close to Nob Hill shopping and restaurants, two supermarkets and less than 20 minute walk to city center.

  Not for me

  I picked this place as it was central to where we would be. I had no idea there was a soccer/football stadium within a block. The stadium had a game while we were there and it was very loud. That's on me for not checking the area but FYI. We stayed for 4 nights and never got any housekeeping. We had to ask for or go find things we needed, like trash bags. The toilet backed up while we were there. They were pretty quick to send someone, but it was housekeeping not maintenance, because they were off. We left so I don't know who dealt with the issue but they fixed it by the time we got back. The room itself was fine for sleeping only. There was a small (about 8"x10") table attached to the wall with a hard chair in front of the door but it was ludicrous to try to use it as a desk. The bathroom fixtures are old and have definitely seen better days. No counter space, no towel bars, and no bath/shower rails. There was a small refrigerator (normal hotel size) and a coffee maker with pods. No microwave. Two queen beds, furniture with drawers and a space for hanging all crammed in about ~250 sqft. I won't stay here again.
