The experience was incredible, although traveling with a family of 4 we were worried about the pull out bed, it wasn't bad at all. The food was good, parking was ample and the staff made the stay even better.

Pleasantly surprise - 5 stars for qulity
Awesome Hyatt House - I'm use to staying at Hyatt Regency and was very surprised by the quality and cleaniless. Great location in town with easy access to lots of restaurants. I will never stay at a competitive hotel again. Great room size, very clean room/towels and good breakfast. I usually skip breakfast but I had some toast and orange juice on this trip.

Portland Visit
The hotel was great with modern amenities. The room was clean and more spacious than I thought. Also, it was convenient with some shops surrounding the area including food carts like multiple food trucks that offers variety of food dishes. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Portland.

Look no further, this is where you should stay!
This was my second stay at the Beaverton Hyatt House and both stays have been incredible. The rooms are so clean, the beds are comfortable and I appreciate having a kitchen and living area in the rooms I've stayed in, for that extra comfort and space during a week long work conference. The breakfast is one of my favorite hotel breakfasts, I appreciate the quality and variety of the food morning to morning. The coffee is delicious and I love the work space/communal meeting space in the lobby. When booking a stay in Beaverton, I choose Hyatt House first.

September 25, 2025Joanne WCharged twice for my room, no resolution
I was billed twice for my stay. I waited a few days to see if it would self-correct but no. The locations wasn't answering their phone so I contacted customer service. She promised resolution and that either the hotel or she would contact me directly to close the issue. It's now been 5 days, no resolution on my credit card, no contact from the hotel or customer service. This should be simple to fix and I shouldn't have to hound them to do it.
