I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times since March of last year (11 times, some with multiple days). I had no issues with cleanliness, friendliness or amenities. One caveat: if you don’t get to breakfast before 8 am, you can forget about scrambled eggs. However, when I stayed in May, they had upgraded their Air-Conditioning units. It was a very pleasant day outside, with 68 °F. The room was a stuffy 73 ° F when I arrived about 5 pm. It turned the AC thermostat to 68. To my surprise, the AC ran a bit then turned off. The thermostat still said 72 after an hour. I set the thermostat to its lowest setting, 65 °. Still ran for a bit and turned off. I called the front desk to see if it wasn’t working properly. The desk clerk even came up to my room. All was well, according to her and the maintenance person she called. Would another room get me better AC? Nope. All the rooms were the same. It dropped to 67 ° in my room by 1 am. Of course, it was 55 ° outside. Finally, I could get some sleep at least until 7am when I had to get up. Not acceptable in my book. I’m sure they did it to cut costs, but they have lost me as a customer.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable especially the bed and pillows.

Do NOT stay here! A Smelly / Stinky room along with terrible staff and management - A recipe for disaster! Kelli is a horrible manager and should be fired for incompetency and lack of professionalism. IHG needs to revoke this hotel (from chain asap. I'm a IHG GOLD member and was treated like garbage.... Just imagine how they treat regular people. Do not stay here - you've now been informed!

Visiting family
Clean and quite property. Rooms were decent only complaint was lack of parking. A big plus for our family was they had sticky white rice for breakfast!
