Very good stay, easy to find, had a shuttle to the airport. The staff ws great, hotel was quiet for being at a runway. I was only here for 1 night on the way back home. Up the street was a mall with a lot of places to eat.
I was at a convention at the Sheraton next door, and they had no rooms. This place was economical for the quality of hotel it is, service staff from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and attentive, room was clean, and the free breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.
For the second year in a row we have use the Hampton Inn to stay overnight before an very early flight and then parking there until we returned. The room was fine and comfortable. The transfer to and from the airport was very convenient with very short waits. The only problem was that we left too early for breakfast. They did provide a grab and go bag with a bagel, fruit, and water. problem was that the water can't go through Security, so it really is extraneous to the bag.
This hotel really deserves a huge shout-out! On Dec 22, Portland was hit with an ice, wind and snow event. The hotel was without power when we went to check in. They got up to speed and improvised to serve all those waiting. The hotel was immaculate, clean in every regard. The hospitality shown was very appreciated. Applause to the whole team!
Clean and neat looking hotel with professional staff and comfy beds! We arrived to airport very late and were grateful hotel so close and accommodating. Staff could not of been more pleasant and helpful.
