Pleasant place to relax and cook for myself
Very nice accommodations the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the nature around the hotel and the location and ease of access to the freeways.

Amazing location
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, service is amazing, rooms are extremely clean, and the location is perfect. If you have a car you can easily get groceries, snacks, and a movie theater. I would definitely recommend stay here for your next trip. 10/10

Friendly, large rooms, clean , comfy bed
Our Room was clean, beds are comfy, large bathroom was a plus, perfect for a weekend stay. Love the half kitchen was able to cook instead of going out. Kathy at the front desk welcomed us as soon as we came in she was very professional and helpful! We will be back

Employee theft.
Do NOT stay here. While we were here, I had my bag stolen obviously by an employee. I had my Apple Watch inside and actually have the trips recorded from their work to home. I have a police report and documenting. They used my Apple Pay from my watch and that adds up to over hundreds spent ($6 here and there). Now that it’s over the limit, it’s a felony. I called to report this and the manager insisted that it wasn’t an employee at all. How else would they get into our room? The room was really dirty also with mold. For the location, go somewhere else.

NASTY and rude
I would give this negative stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE! I had an awful experience with them. I had booked a king room for a night because I needed to be out of my apartment for a few hours due to an inspection. I had told them upon calling the first time that I would need to check in early, they said that should work but to call again the night before check in just to make sure that they have the room ready. So, I called the night before check in, and the guy at the front desk (Spencer) said that will work and that he left a note in the reservation for staff. Upon arrival, it stunk of cigarettes in the lobby. I am very sensitive to the smell and it was completely overwhelming. As I check in, they tell me that my room is not ready. However, I only bought this hotel for a few hours because I needed to be out of the house during the inspection. I absolutely needed the early check in as promised. I told them to give me any room they had, and after 25 minutes of waiting, they found me one. I was under the assumption it would be a king room just like I had booked. Nope. I get into the room, it’s a nasty little box with a queen bed. Clearly not what i paid for. It reeked of urine, there was someone’s left-over contact on the bathroom sink, coffee stains on the counters, nasty walls, crumbs all over and an old grape on the floor, and the toilet had brown crust on the outside (I will add photos). I was absolutely disgusted, the room was obviously not clean. I got out of there the minute I could. I went to the front desk 4 hours after checking in to check out, and I obviously asked for a refund. The person working wasn’t able to help me, so I end up calling them later that day on my own. They said that they won’t accept my refund because I needed an early check in (despite the fact that i had checked in with them TWICE about that and was told I would be able to check in early) and because I agreed to get a room that wasn’t the one I booked. I had obviously thought I would get a refund, especially since I didn’t stay in the room I booked and I had only been there for a few hours. I was met with rudeness and refusal. I’m absolutely angry off that I had to pay 100$ to stay in that dump for 4 hours. I repeat. DO NOT STAY HERE.
