Best experience I’ve had staying at a Best Western long term, clean, friendly, fair prices, rooms are nice, kids enjoyed the pool, the continental breakfast is great, not too noisy, and most hospitable staff. Give Ileah a raise and a paid vacation she deserves it for her exceptional service!

great, warm, comfortable stay! bed comfy, pool cold. workers are so friendly and helpful. free breakfast.
it was a wonderful stay! the ladies at the front desk were so nice! room was clean, bed was comfy. pool was little cold for our liking but it was so good to sit in the hot tub after walking around Halloweentown all day! would stay there again in the future!

Don't use Booking.com..
I used Booking.com to make my reservations, and when I went to check in at the hotel, the reservations were all messed up. Luckily Sarah N. was working the front desk to help me. She was patient and so kind to me. She fixed booking.coms problem for me and put me in a room right away. Great customer service!!

Best time ever!!!
Best time ever.Pool was excellent. Rooms were awesome.The workers were great.Very clean and beds were comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.The breakfast was amazing and plenty of food too.We had plenty of amenities in the room .
