The rooms & all around atmosphere was less than desirable, but it was better than sleeping in our car. However the night time receptionist Crystal did everything she could to ensure my family and I felt welcome comfortable and accommodated. Thank you Crystal we appreciate you

I have visited this location many times over the past year. The pool has a light hanging out under the water with a exposed electrical cord hanging out. I have complained to hotel management and nothing in over a year not fixed. Its a huge safety hazard! I have been given a room and go in its not clean. The front desk staff are confused. The breakfast area is nasty and staff just sitting in their phone. This hotel needs help

I stayed here for two weeks while attending a manufacturing training course through my company, and overall my experience was excellent. As I single female, I also felt safe. The property is exceptionally clean and very well maintained—truly comparable to some of the five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. Throughout my stay, I noticed consistent attention to detail, from chairs being scrubbed to the front walkway being power washed and walls being painted. It was clear the staff takes pride in the property. The staff was fabulous. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful, especially Vanessa and Ileah at the front desk, as well as Melissa in the breakfast area. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which created a very positive atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, and the pool and sauna were clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the on-site laundry—affordable at $2.00 per load and very clean. There was also grocery stores, restaurants, and a Wal-Mart withing 1-2 blocks. There are nearby hiking parks and the river.

Good value for money
A great place to spend the night if you're in the Portland area. Staff was super nice and accommodating, the room was clean without any weird odors, the mattress was comfortable (more towards the soft side, but not too soft for my bad back), the complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, and they even have an EV charger onsite with a really good price!

Best experience I’ve had staying at a Best Western long term, clean, friendly, fair prices, rooms are nice, kids enjoyed the pool, the continental breakfast is great, not too noisy, and most hospitable staff. Give Ileah a raise and a paid vacation she deserves it for her exceptional service!
