Top-tier hospitality, incredible food, spotless room — Amina made the stay unforgettable.
I stayed at The Nines Hotel in Portland for one night and it was honestly a 5/5, 10/10 experience from start to finish. First off, Amina at the front desk/concierge was incredible. She went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, and her warmth and attention to detail truly made the stay unforgettable. If she’s working when you visit, you’re in great hands! We also had dinner at Departure, and every dish we ordered was mouth-watering and absolutely delicious. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Portland. Room service breakfast the next morning was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and delivered right on time. The room was spotless and super comfortable, so huge shoutout to the housekeeping team for their work. The valet service was smooth and professional as well, making arrival and departure effortless. Overall, this was an amazing stay and I would 100% come back. The Nines exceeded every expectation—and Amina made it even better!

Best customer service around and a beautiful fun elegant hotel!!
This hotel is simply beautiful. We have stayed several times over the past 5 years but this last trip blew me away. More about that in a second. The rooms are always spacious and clean, the wait staff is very friendly and the food at Urban Farmer is DEVINE!! Their employees have been with them for years and it is always comforting to see a familiar face. Doesn't it say alot about the hotel when the dining room manager has been there for years or the waiter that is still there 12 yyears strong? Well, during this Thanksgiving trip, as we were leaving to go out to dinner one evening, we ran into the guest services manager, Clint Kuper, and he asked how our stay was going. I told him how much we loved this hotel but that I couldn't get over the fact that they had commercial-grade one-ply toilet paper. He just smiled and told me he would take care of it. When we got back from dinner, there was a 4-pack of Charmin waiting in our room. I couldn't believe it. I am soooo impressed with the customer service. We are Titanium Elite with Marriott and Im telling you, this hotel is a step above!

Treated like royalty!
What a wonderful time we had at The Nines! It was a girlfriend reunion and we were treated like royalty the whole time. It is a gorgeous hotel with quality everywhere. Room was fabulous. All staff were warm and welcoming and ensured that our needs were met. The concierge staff - Cruz & Sherral - went above and beyond to provide a superior experience. And it was so awesome to hang out in the living room and experience the delectable food and drink. We would go there again in a heartbeat and are already making plans.

Love it here!
This is my second stay at The Nines (in a matter of just 4 weeks- I love it!) The rooms are impeccable, the service is excellent and the staff is warm and welcoming! Special mention for Amina at the front desk- she was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with a room change, and her warm attitude made a huge difference. Truly wonderful service!

Nice experience and excellent receptionist JUAN
It is a wonderful experience in The Nines. The service at the front desk is excellent. The front desk receptionist, JUAN, provided particularly excellent service. He learned that I was here for a vacation and my birthday. I received free champagne and a chocolate cake. I was very happy!
