WOH is the best, so is Hyatt Centric PDX
Best downtown location for restaurants and easy freeway access. Love WOH and Annie in the bar along with Zach are the best. Love Jeffrey working overnight too.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights as my family and I were visiting Portland before heading back to the east coast. The front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful...they should all be working for a Marriott hotel however. The first morning after a shower I noticed tons of hair that came from the corner on the bathroom floor. As I looked further it was clear these areas are not clean. The bathrooms should have extra focus when housekeeping cleans. These were clearly not. Also I noticed hair around the feet of one of the wardrobes. I did report it after we checked out and provided the attached photos. If it were my hotel and the guest didn't automatically go to Google to post a review, I'd make sure to reach out to them. Poor hotel management in my opinion and will stick to my Marriott hotels from now on.

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel! The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I usually stay at the Hyatt Convention Center, but I’ll be choosing this hotel from now on. Great location as well!
