This is by far my favorite hotel in Portland! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always ridiculously kind and goes out of their way to help with whatever you need. It’s quiet and peaceful yet in a very central location of Portland! Overall fantastic hotel.

Go to Hotel Lucia. Great staff.
4.99999 (5 for Sisi at reception) -0.00001 for the architect that split up the rooms. The one we took is a bit "compact". Sisi did warn me but when actually seeing it, I was still surprised. The smaller rooms do have a great view of the city toward the west. Check-in was smooth. Location is great. Price is good value. 😊

Great downtown hotel
First time at the hotel but it was great! Centrally located, had a lot of cute and fun perks like free game room (pinball and another game I forget), board games in a cute game/hang out room and umbrellas at the door for free use. Room was nice, had full sized soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion in room and a mini fridge. Would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and will return
We stayed in a pet friendly room, which was lovely. They had nice, cozy amenities for our dog. Aaron in valet greeted us and took great care of us when we arrived. During our stay Aaron and Satveer at the front desk helped with every question about the hotel and had wonderful restaurant recommendations. They each were very kind and seemed happy to be working there. When we left, Dylan in valet showed that he was truly interested in how our stay went. We will be back and highly recommend the hotel.

Overnight for concert and nothing but positives!
Great atmosphere. Very clean and cute. Staff is insanely friendly and personable. Loved that my pup was welcomed and given a very sweet little welcome package.
