The prefect location and the perfect staff.

The perfect location and the perfect staff. From check in throughout our entire stay, the hotel was perfect. We also had dinner at Meridian and the service was very on point. The only issue was leaving. We didn't want to go!!!! The only place to stay on the Oregon Coast. We will not stay anywhere else. Ended up next door at the Pelican Pub for lunch and walked the beach in the morning. We will be back.

Beautiful Ocean View

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. So relaxing, would come again! Lots of activities to choose from. We took a watercolor painting class that was a great couples activity. Highly recommended!

Winter escape at Headlands

My second visit to Headlands! I visited last year in February with my sisters and this February with my adult daughter. In almost all areas the attention to detail and service is an A+. The rooms are lovely and cozy for a winter escape. The food is delicious and the therapists at the spa are top notch. Because it is a slower time (we visited mid week in February), we definitely noticed the lower staffing, particularly at the spa, and had to wait to get checked into the spa for 15 minutes (no one was at the desk) and lost the opportunity to use the sauna before our appointments. The hot tub was also being repaired and out of service. We had scheduled the crab shaking experience, but unfortunately the person who leads this had a family emergency the day we booked-- and the next morning was booked (and was the only person who could lead that experience). The staff did an admirable job of making amends by sending us appetizers and welcome cocktails to our room. The staff went above and beyond. While I understand that it is challenging to staff during a slow period (and if I had to make a repair on the hot tub I would do that mid week in February too), the rates were not reduced and thus one thinks the service and amenities will to the usual standard. So that was my only disappointment. Overall, would go again. Would not visit mid week in the winter when amenities could be less than anticipated.

Great stay on the Oregon coast.

Absolutely great experience. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. They bend over backwards to try and fulfill any guest request. The views are incredible and the food and spa experience are to die for. I would highly recommend a stay at Headlands.

Place was beautiful, views from hotel are awesome

We had never been on the Oregon coast before, excellent first time experience and a great place to use as home base for exploring. Room was excellent and had great views of the beach. Will definitely come back.
