The units here are so tasteful,comfortable and steps from the beach. Even spices are provided in each unit. All the. Interiors are super comfortable with great bedding, beautiful art and furniture so easy to relax on. Just sit on your deck and watch the Dory boats and whales....the sun set over the water. Take a day hike or look for sea critters in the tide pools. Pacific City and The Cottages at Cape Kiwanda are the perfect getaway.

Fabulous base for a coastal adventure.
There were five of us, mum, dad, grandma, and two active teens, and we loved our home-away-from-home at Cape Kiwanda. You can't beat the views from every room. Everything was good quality, including the well-stocked kitchen. The local beer waiting in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch.

The Best Rooms in Pacific City!
We have been to the cottages twice now and the rooms are perfect and the views are incredible! You have front row seats to watch the ocean, the surfers, and the Dory Boats launch and come in. It is also fun to see people get stuck in the sand and have the old tow truck come to the rescue.

Breathtaking views and very comfortable space.
Four of us stayed in a two bedroom over Christmas. I’ve stayed at the Inn before, and loved it. The Cottages are even better. The website pictures are accurate. If you like to cook (we do), then you’ll find that the kitchen is remarkably well stocked for a rental. The view is beautiful, soothing, and every other complimentary term that isn’t coming to mind. I enjoy both the pub (great chowder) and the coffee shop (great pastries) that are a very short stroll.

Fabulous Property, Staff, and Location
This place is a hidden little gem on the beach! I LOVE the Cottages and we vacation there yearly for 10 days in the spring. I used to stay at the hotel which is also lovely - but converted to the cottages because of our service dog, accessibility and it's overlooking the beach. Plus we can cook our own food, do laundry etc - it's just such a great way to vacation. The staff is amazing and so accommodating! ALL the staff....from the front desk, to the maid service, the maintenance guys etc. We always have such a wonderful trip and they go well above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. It's always difficult to leave for home. Beautiful views, peaceful, and the Brewery nearby is ok. Even better is the little taco fish place next to the brewery they have amazing tacos and also a hidden gem. You can't go wrong with booking your stay here! Walk the beaches, hike the dunes, horse back riding, beach bon fires.....etc. PLEASE REMEMBER to always pick up your garbage at the beach though! We pick up way to much trash every year from other people - that's my only complaint is the laziness of those visiting the beach. One more thing: There is no bad room :) The upper levels are easier to access. There are no elevators so if you have a lower level you have to carry everything down about 25 stairs which isn't a fun task.
