The BEST place to stay in The Dalles

This is the BEST place to stay in The Dalles. The staff is very friendly, efficient and very attentive. Eat in the restaurant - they serve the best food - especially the Pot Roast! The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean.

Great for a Gorge get-away

Cousin’s Country Inn was a perfect base for our trip and their restaurant is very good too. We chose a mid-week adventure to explore some of the Oregon Trail history and White River Falls State Park. Being retired gives us that option and having time to drive in the area and visit the Discovery Center was wonderful.

A unique fun stay

If you love country life or want an unusual experience with happiness and great food like Grandma made, this is your best choice. Farm decor. Kid and pet friendly. Save room for dessert too! Easy access from the freeway. Super friendly staff

Warm and hospitable,

This gem is worth staying in since the hotel and restaurant are a part of the community (not a corporate chain). The location is very easy to find and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We ate dinner and breakfast and were happy with the food and service.
