Sales manager was great!
Dinner, and renewal of our 20 years of marriage was free, and beautiful. Room was dirty with cobwebs and bugs in the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Bed was super soft and King rooms were supposed to have their signature moonstone mattress. We had a Serta, not sure what the difference is, thought we were going to have an amazing sleep, but we didn't sleep more than a few hours because it was super soft.

Wonderful Stay at The Oregon Garden Resort
We have been staying at this property for about a decade and have always enjoyed coming here. It’s tucked away in a beautiful location, right next to The Oregon Garden. The beds are comfortable and it’s always very quiet. We enjoy the breakfast, but this time around there wasn’t much variety. Overall, we loved our stay and will keep coming back.

An enjoyable stay to visit Silver Falls State Park
Quiet, clean, and well located near Silver Falls State Park and The Oregon Garden. Decent restaurant on site and nice breakfast included. Each room has a patio or deck. My room had good lighting, which is lacking in many standard motels and hotels. Staff is very helpful. Enjoyable stay for a quick get-away!

Locked out of the Garedn Resort
I always love staying at the Resort, but this year we were locked out of the garden. The joy of staying here has always been the ability to walk in the garden in the morning before our conference begins and in the evening when our conference ends. We did not have time to go around to the main entrance, and of course we expected admission was included with our rooms. This problem needs to be remedied.

Lacking upkeep
For a "Garden" resort I was surprised by the lack of flowers and landscaping. Our room had its own fenced in patio which was surrounded by dead weeds and plants. Our room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom needed to be cleaned better (dead bugs in tub and on counter, etc...). The pool was very busy at all hours with lots of kids so we didn't bother to go. We would have liked to stroll around and see some flowers or prettiness with our morning coffee but guests of the resort can no longer walk onto the grounds of the Oregon Gardens and you must pay $12/adult to visit those separately.
