Mt. Hood Summer Ski & Snowboard Camps For All Ages

The uppermost, above-treeline slopes of Timberline are world-renowned for offering skiing and snowboarding year-round. In the summer months, the ski area centers operations around its two upper-mountain lifts—Palmer and the Magic Mile—which carry riders to 8,540 feet on the southeast flank of Mt. Hood, providing 2,500 vertical feet of descent back to the Timberline Lodge base. The Magic Mile chair was originally installed in 1938 and is presently in its third incarnation as a detachable high-speed quad. Timberline installed the upper Palmer lift in 1978...
