Solid place for lunch!!! The food was delicious— especially appreciated the fresh and hot French fries. Chicken sandwich, burger sliders and baked mac and cheese were all 5 stars. And of course, the draft beers were great. But what really made this place stand out was our excellent waiter— he made our visit event better with his friendly and prompt service, and useful advice on the menu options.

We've been to this establishment a few times and the food was always tasty, the service is hit or miss depending on the server you get (most are wonderful and serve you with a smile, one barely acknowledges you even when it's not busy but at least seems to get our order correct). However, one time we went we were overcharged after the fact on the tip. We received our check after our meal, paid with our credit card and wrote in the tip as per the norm in most restaurants. However, the next day when we checked our credit card transactions, it did not match the amount that we should have been charged: dinner bill + tip. When we called the restaurant, the manager was nice enough and said we could return to get the overcharged amount back in cash since that was easier than refunding the transaction via credit card. However, she also said that "this happens all the time because the system of tabs we have makes it really easy to put the wrong tip amount with the wrong bill'. This was shocking to me - a known customer issue that management/owners had no intention of fixing. While this worked out fine for us since we are local enough to go back in person to collect a cash refund of their error, this should be unacceptable business practice given that a vast majority of folks who come through here are visitors/tourists that could get overcharged and have left town before they even realize it. No other restaurant has ever given themselves a higher tip on our credit card after the fact and we eat out a lot - which means whatever "system" this business uses is not the norm and they need to fix it so that this sort of thing doesn't happen again. Overcharging customers should NOT "happen all the time". In short, the food is good, but may not be worth it if you don't want to run the risk of getting overcharged.

Good food.
Nice place to stop for a bite. We’re stopped after visiting the beach and watching the sunset. Quick and efficient service by friendly staff. Parking could be a problem if it was really busy but we got right in.

Traveling south along the Oregon coast we happens to stop in Bandon for the night. Wanted to try the Broken Arrow based on reviews. Very interesting place. Their Fish and Chips were probably the best I have had in a very long time. Very chrisp. Not greasy at all. Hot. Fries were crispy and seasoned. Good selection of beverages. I recommend this place for beer and fish and chips.

delicious fish and chips
French moodle travelling in westbcoast. Beautiful pub, kind hotess, very good food price/quality. The fish is so fresh and delicious the fries too !!! The wine have good flavor and the cheesecake berry it s our happy end. We had a pleasur stay thank you :)
