Indian Creek Golf Course

Indian Creek Golf Course is a hidden gem located where the Hood River valley joins the majestic Columbia River gorge. Tucked into the rolling hills of this valley junction and surrounded by the northern foothills of Mount Hood, Indian Creek provides great scenery and extensive elevation change.

Many go to Hood River for water sports. You could say the same thing about linksters teeing off at Indian Creek, as water comes into play on 11 holes. Though relatively short at 6,130 yards, the layout demands thoughtful shot making. This 18-hole course offers scenic views of both Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams, and features dogleg fairways, white-sand bunkers and towering stands of fir trees, not to mention meandering creeks that will challenge the best of players and some of the best-kept greens in the region.

After you’ve dominated the 18th hole, head over to the clubhouse for appetizers and drink specials. Divots Restaurant is popular with Hood River residents as well as visitors who want a satisfying lunch or dinner in a private clubhouse atmosphere.

Indian Creek is just minutes from  charming downtown Hood River, where you’ll find a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. But don’t stray too far, because Indian Creek hosts a summer acoustic music series featuring talent from all over the Northwest and the world. And if you’re looking to host a party, wedding or corporate event, Indian Creek facilities are perfect for any type of function.

    Fantastic course

What a beautiful course and very well maintained! The greens and fairways are amazing, especially this time of year. The customer service is great and Matt who I believe manages this course actually remembers me even when I haven’t been able to play there for a couple years since I live in Washington! Great customer service. The course itself is fun to play since it is kind of like playing target golf, since there are a lot of hills and valleys which makes it so much FUN! I definitely will be back.

    Nice Course; Beautiful Setting

I very much enjoyed my round today...back tees, interesting layout. That said, the longest par 4 was 395...a lot of short irons, but challenging greens made it a little tougher. Interestingly, I have never played a course with every par 3 downhill and 1-2 clubs sorter than the yardage; a lot of downHill shots to par 4s as well shortens a course already only 6200 from the tips. Clubhouse help was friendly and attentive. I’d go back.

    Fantastic course

One of the most challenging courses you will find anywhere. I truly appreciate the friendly staff and care the greens keeper takes. You can really see the pride they take. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys beautiful views and challenging greens.

    View and much more

It's almost worth the green fee just to sit and enjoy the view with Mt. Hood towering on the horizon. The course is fun. We played the front nine which has a couple uniquely adventurous holes. You'll see what we mean. The restaurant is really nice. We found the serving staff just right: friendly but not obsequious. As we often do, we anticipated serving size and shared a sandwich which was more than generous in size and taste. In reading reviews, we especially appreciated the manager's polite replies to snarky and unjustified complaints. My picky wife thinks the golf cart trail direction signs should be repainted.

Beautiful Course. The worst customer service in 40+ years of golfing!

Beautiful course and well maintained but the customer service was the worst I"ve experienced in 40+ years of golfing. 2 separate experiences with two different employees. Rude employees. It's almost like they dont want customers or care about their experience. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this course. Get some better employees or train the ones there and this would be a great place to play.
