Wonderful food!!! Great service. Friendly staff. This place was the highlight of our trip to Joseph. Inventive menu that catered to many . The wait for the food was tempered by a glass of wine so what could be better. Lovely little wines at reasonable price. Highly recommended. .

Unique & delightful!
I was there for a late lunch/early dinner. This is a very unique place - a pet store with a restaurant in the back. Fresh, great food.

Best food in Wallowa County
Magnificent find. This is primarily a dog lover's store, but the hidden gem is the food. My husband and friend had the chili rellenos and I had the chicken enchilada stack. We all agreed the food was some of the best we've had anywhere. Certainly the best Mexican food. The owner/chef came and chatted to us and said he'd lived and travelled all over the world. He'd gone to Mexico to specifically study the art of cooking Mexican mole, but ended up humbly learning how to cook all types of Mexican food. His best teachers were the grandmothers. Anyway, this charming couple know how to make their customers feel at home in their little cafe, and your dog won't be disappointed either.

Quick trip into Joseph
The chef was out when we stopped by but the dessert menu was still available and we had delicious cheesecake. We tried the chocolate (?)mint and cinnamon roll flavors and both were great. The service was good too, nice outdoor seating.
