Eclectic collection of merchandise from around the globe.
I was looking for unique gifts for girlfriends. Found everything I needed in 20 minutes - highly unusual for me. I was able to find gifts that seemed "one of a kind" for each of my friends' special interests. It is fun going in to see what is new to the store. I highly recommend visiting One Fair World.

Good store for interesting gifts
This store is always a good bet when I'm looking for interesting gifts. I like that the items are handmade and have a country of origin. The volunteer staff are very helpful and you can tell they like the products as much as I do.

Unusual Gifts
Whenever I go to court for an adoption finalization and need a gift I head for One Fair World, which is 1/2 a block rom the courthouse. The gifts are always popular with the children being adopted. It is a win win situation all around for the children in the USA and around the world.

Karibu--Welcome to a Fair Trade Shopping Experience
Whether it is a gift for yourself or a loved one, you are sure to find something to please in this unique place. Items from 50+ countries around the world are bought directly from the makers and sold to help artisans in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. Look for quality handmade candles, jewelry, musical instruments, cards, baskets and carvings. Coffee, chocolate, cocoa and teas are also on sale. You will be served by a bevy of friendly volunteers who believe in the Fair Trade philosophy. I joined them after being lured into the store by the sound of International music and a wooden figure of an old Kikuyu gentleman. Having lived in Kenya, I was thrilled to see carvings made from soapstone dug out of the very hills behind the school at which I used to teach! Karibu! Welcome to this haven of international crafts--a great place for shopping or take your children for an amazing learning experience.
