Excellent small museum with creative programming and great shop filled with top jewelry, crafts, and art
Museum in the old carnegie library has been updated into an excellent art museum, performance space and top art and craft shop. Staff are very engaged and full of knowledge about art on display, building, and performances. We stumbled upon an evening bluegrass performance that was very entertaining, full of eastern oregon humor, and featured a very good young woman fiddler who showed up the next morning driving a hitch of belgian horses in the rodeo parade. Shop has one of the best selections of ceramics from artists in the region showing influence of betty feves, a great potter. A real community asset and a treasure worth a visit

Beautiful art collections.
Great representation of local artists and travelling exhibits. Classes are offered by local artists and crafts people. The Pendleton Center for the Arts sponsors a summertime Rock and Roll Camp for teens.

Gifted Talented Artists abound in Pendleton.
The building itself is a great place to be just be. It used to be our library and I used to go there and "escape" in the music and reading room while waiting to pick up my kids from school. The wood is polished wood and the floors are just perfect for the "feel" of the center. For a small town, I feel the art that is displayed and shown is as good or better than larger cities. We have talented musicians, gifted expressionists, down home country drawings and paintings, and "out there" art also. It is great to let children learn also.

A Great Place for Kids!
My kids enjoy a wide variety of classes at the Art Center. We have utilized the FREE drop-in classes held every Saturday morning and Monday afternoon as well as the various classes and camps that are held throughout the year. From learning to sew to working with clay, my kiddos have enjoyed every class.
