We will do this again!
We took 3 grandkids , ages 6-9. They loved the aqua play area with two fun slides and the wave and vortex pools. They had a terrific time and want to go back. Next time they want to brave the more thrilling slides. The 4 hour session window is just right. We spent about the same as admission and ride bracelets at the county fair and the kids had more fun and got some exercise. All areas were clean, the fine food was quick hot dogs and pizza allowing the kids to get back to play. Staff members were friendly and attentive. LIfeguards seemed especially alert to monitoring safety.

4 hour stand off
I would like to tell you that a 71-year-old grandmother, who had just completed a year of fighting breast cancer, stood just inside the front entrance of Wings & Waves for four hours while her three grandsons enjoyed the park because she couldnāt accompany them without paying full admission for attractions she had no intention of using. But I canāt honestly tell you that. The truth is, I chose to stand there on principle. I had absolutely no intention of swimming, using the slides, or taking advantage of any of the attractions. I simply wanted to spend the day with my grandsons, watching them laugh and making memories together. Instead, I was expected to pay approximately $40 simply to walk through the gate and be with my family. I understand that every business has the right to set its own admission policies, and I respect that. But I also have the right to decide when a policy simply doesnāt make sense. So, for four hours, I stood just inside the front entrance near the front door while my grandsons enjoyed the parkānot because I had to, but because I couldnāt justify paying full admission for services I never intended to use. My hope is that Wings & Waves will reconsider this policy. A reasonably priced spectator pass for grandparents, parents, caregivers, or anyone who simply wants to accompany their family without participating would make the park far more welcoming to families. I truly hope no other grandparent has to make the same choice I did.

Clunky & Not Helpful
The website and ticketing process is a joke at best. Tried to add a Boarding Pass (3 months) and a day pass for myself to my cart and 1) couldnāt get it to work and 2) the cart kept re-setting. At which point it is now after 10am and I no longer have the option to add a day pass for 10 am at all? Call for help and Iām told since itās after 10am they canāt sell me a ticket anymore so I can either go at 3pm, or pay the walk up rate which is 25% higher! I tell them Iāve been trying to buy tickets for 45 minutes and itās like oh yep you canāt add both to your cart at the same time you have to buy them separately. Is that information ANYWHERE on the website, of course not. So now I have a dumb 3 month pass, an excited kid, Iām here already and I have to pay a premium because their process is not transparent? This place better blow my mind.

A good fun time for all; donāt rely on their cafe for snacks or meals
Fun for all ages, nice big layout, clean facilities, lots of staff; disappointing cafe had slow service and 80% of the menu items were out. I got the sense that they no longer carry the items and need to update their menus or at least put a strike through what they no longer have.
