Brixeur Spirits is a family-owned and operated craft distillery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley founded by the team at Trisaetum Winery in 2020.
With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our wine-making roots.
Tastings: The Brixeur Cottage is located within the Trisaetum vineyard on Ribbon Ridge. In this beautifully appointed and intimate setting, tastings are offered Fridays-Sundays for groups of up to four people.
