Wubba’s BBQ Shack started in July of 2002 in a little shack and has grown to a full service restaurant providing a great atmosphere for people to gather and enjoy good food with their family, friends, a first date, or business associates.

This is a great place for lunch or dinner. We opted to get out to go. Some of the best barbecue in Klamath Falls. Everyone should try it out.
This appeared to be a very popular place for locals. Parking in front of the restaurant is very limited, but after talking with the server, most customers (including the staff) park in a fairly large parking lot for a store located next door. We split a combo dinner (they call it "double down") for two which gave us a total of 4 side dishes. We had the baby back ribs, St. Louis ribs, and the pulled pork. Our sides were side salad, baked potato, mashed potatoes, and baked beans. It was plenty for the two of us. We thought the meat was very good and tasty and the sides were also very good, except for the salad. The salad was comprised of leaf lettuce and a couple slice of tomatoes, so it was pretty plain. I thought the service was so-so. The server was not that attentive and was more interested in talking to some locals than providing us good service. She did apologize for the lack of prompt service. I gave this a 4 star rating but it probably deserves a rating of 3.5 because of the service.
I'm sitting @ Wubba's, sated & so pleased we decided to have dinner here. Husband had the Wet Wubba & I the Prime Rib sandwich. I appreciate having the bbq sauce on the side, the meat was succulent & the roll may have been toasted garlic. Husband was quite pleased with his meal too! "It was tasty!" We're now enjoying the chocolate brownie- a generous piece and more than enough for three people altho H is polishing it off as I write this review. We highly recommend Wubba's Bbq Shack- great food & friendly & efficient waitstaff. Cheers!
Our server was Andrew and he was a top notch server. Was there for a business meeting and with our friends from Canada. The service was amazing and the food as always was mouth watering.
The brisket was fork tender. Excellent taste. The BBQ sauce was good but shouldn't have been poured all over the brisket. The coleslaw was lacking. You guys need to try my southern wife's recipe. And her baked beans will make you wanna fall down and scream. Something was wsaaaay wrong with that excuse for toast....bone dry.....maybe under the heat lamp a bit too long? Anyway, not totally disappointed. The brisket was worth it. The service was excellent
