Don't wait like I did. Just go-- you'll have a good time and eat tasty food.
I can't believe I didn't eat here sooner. They had a lovely variety of dishes so we all got what we wanted, and it was all delicious-- yes, we shared. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was a good value for the money.

Fantastic Lunch on the patio
5 of us went for lunch and we all had great meals. Service was friendly and efficient. Soups, salads, sandwiches all top notch. I also ate a salad they provided to the ironman race and it was delicious as well. Highly recommend. Wish I had saved room for dessert because they looked amazing!

Standard Salem fare
Acceptable holiday catered meal for a dozen family members. Some interesting appetizers, but the main course of turkey and mashed potatoes was pretty bland — not impressive. Don’t rush — sad.

$47.00 Dinner For Two: Was It Worth It? (NOT REALLY) Read Why!
The restaurant was very slow at the time of our visit. Ratings Service - 2 Stars = Friendly but no attention to detail. She didn’t ask how our meal was. Atmosphere - 4 Stars - Nice Layout. Food: - 1.5 Stars French dip left a bad aftertaste. Burger was below average. Was it worth it? The quality of the food could have been better.

Best of the Best
This is just a love note to say we LOVE Wild Pear. Always have, always will. Besides the beauty of the space itself, the restaurant's culinary detail work could hold its own in Paris...except that the menu is more creative. We all read vibes all the time, whether we realize it or not, and the core vibration of Wild Pear is as high as it gets. Always. Every time. The entrees are so excellent, even for pesky vegans like me, and the dessert case does rival any in France...I can only stare and drool and beg them to please create a few non-dairy/non-egg splendors like those we've found in Europe, even in a traditional Vienna kaffehaus! Come on Wild Pear bakers, you can do it! But you still win five stars from us for being the best of the best.
