Good service but pricey
Went for the razor clams, it was out of them and had been for at least three weeks according to the waiter, not just the day we were there. The restaurant had a seafood focused lunch menu. Prices seemed high for many items, Mixed drink prices were excessive. My guess is one pays a premium for the view. The service was very good. While it didn’t affect us, the restaurant adds a 15% tip for all take-out orders according to the menu. I suppose one pays for somebody to bring the order up to the register. No idea when tipping stopped being for good service. What I can’t figure out is why U.S. restaurants haven’t converted to the handheld contactless payment terminals used extensively in Europe. The terminal is brought to the table and payment made without the customer’s credit card ever leaving their sight.

Amazing food/gross flies
We have eaten here twice a year, maybe more for the last 7years. I don’t know what was happening but it was gross and took away from our whole experience, the staff and food was awesome as usual. The flies on the windows and around us was disgusting. Too many to count and it was bad.

Wonderful place close to the ocean!
We stopped by for a clam chowder after a beautiful walk at the nearby beach. The food was great (steamers and clam chowder) and the service very nice!
