They were busy at dinner, but took a to-go order for our group elder in room. We enjoyed a beverage in longer while waiting to be seated. Salmon dinner was excellent, breakfast biscuits& gravy also, especially for $8! Views are spectacular! Service is good.
Incredible view of the Columbia from every table. Great menu, great food, great service. Fire pits on the patio. We ate here for both dinner and breakfast the next morning and were impressed with both!
Food was good. View was great. Service was poor. We stopped for lunch on September 8th. When you eat on the patio you preorder and pay, including tip, before being seated. This means the tip has already been paid and there is no incentive to provide good service. Our service was poor. The server never checked to see if we needed anything. We did not get water (to supplement brews). There was no condiments (ketchup, salt, pepper etc)
with in Boardman for 1 night and looked on TripAdvisor for a recommendation for dinner and #1 was Two Barrels Taps & Grill. I gave it a try and agree it's a great casual, friendly and delicious spot for dinner. Great view of the Columbia River, friendly staff and a delicious Hickory Bacon Burger with an Ordnance Canopy Shaker IPA to wash it down. Hit the spot!
This restaurant is inside the River Lodge. Very nice place, walkway along the river. Food was solid and service great, very low traffic on a Tuesday late morning. Good stop point on a drive back from eastern Oregon.
