Went for the pastrami, and not disappointed. Tables, ADA friendly, maybe a half block from the turnaround on the south side. Ice cream and Sandwiches. Liked it so much we had dinner there both days in Seaside. I tried the Lighthouse which was good, but it was not the Pastrami (we skipped the horseradish) $28 for the super pastrami (we spit it) or $18 for the normal size pastrami (includes pickle and chips). Self-serve drinks.

A great lunch stop
This place was recommended to us, and we are glad we followed their advice. The sandwiches and chowder we ordered was fabulous. It has a fun beach vibe and so close to the beach area. A great place for lunch.

food was expensive but good, however Shannon is extremely rude. she complained when my service dog that's training came in then i started getting an alert from my dog licking my hand and jumped on my lap as i was sitting. and she yelled from behind the bar SERVICE DOGS DONT SIT ON LAPS. and I mean YELLED. actually he does, hes learning to alert me for my seizures. Dont be rude and embarrass me in front of everyone. my dog is well behaved and trained and that was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back here ever because she was outright rude.
