Good food, drinks, and friendly patrons!
Had the best time recently, stayed a hotel nearby and ended up eating at Tommy's for a quick bite + enjoyed some local music & drinks the next night on our way back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. We met quite a few friendly folks at the bar and will be back the next time we're in Corvallis!

Bad
The new owner was SO rude (I think his name was Jeremy) my family and I just wanted to have some sodas and 1 or 2 small appetizers, he rolled his eyes and looked so annoyed, he finally took the order and it took 20 or 25 minutes, no one else was in the restaurant. The place was kind of dirty, and had a weird smell. We will NOT be back. There are many other places that are better!!

Quintessential American Diner
Tommy's, at least for breakfast, is perfectly decent and quintessential American diner. Nothing fancy, but the place is clean and well-lit (looks better on the inside than the outside). The service is cordial and prompt. The menu is fairly broad, featuring typical breakfast fare: eggs, hash browns, assorted skillets. Food is good, portions ample. With a $5 off coupon from the Hotel Corvallis, two entrees and two coffees came to $35.

Never disappoints
Always the best food and best service. Friendly folks. In the past I’ve had breakfast here. This time I tried a triple decker club sandwich and homemade chips. Sandwich was above average and the homemade chips were insanely good. Keep up the good work folks.

great basic diner for breakfast
great breakfast . Staff was friendly and service was quick. Stayed next door at a motel that gave us a $5 coupon. Better than those blah things you get at many motels. We had a great breakfast for our drive that day. I would return, next time we stay in Corvallis.
