Terrible customer service by 'manager'

We have been long-time customers, ever since opening for business - we probably eat at Tokyo Bistro once a month. On August 6, I inadvertently paid with a card I didn't want to use, asked it be reversed and gave the manager another card, which was also charged. Ten days and multiple phone calls later - including getting hung up on - the charge I asked to have reversed has not been. I was told the manager didn't know how to reverse it and that I should take it up with my bank. Today I called to get the phone number and email address of the owners who are no longer in the area and was told the manager wasn't comfortable giving that information out and that they couldn't refund my money unless I came in with my WITH MY BANK STATEMENT. Of course, she refuses to give me the owners' contact information, since I want to contact them about her behavior. So disappointed this is how the manager handles a customer request because she's lacking the skills she really needs to run a restaurant for absentee owners.

Best in the area

We live in the Coos Bay area and have tried all sushi and most other restaurants and Tokyo Bistro is our favorite and go to place for special occasions. We frequently eat there at least once a month and they have never let us down. The quality of sushi is always fresh and delicious. The tempura is to die for and they have special area based rolls. I highly recommend a visit here if your new to the area or vacationing. You won't be disappointed

Delicious food and good service!

We stopped here recently on a road trip down the Oregon Coast after reading the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. The veggie tempura was the best we've ever eaten; and we loved the crunchy scallop appetizer. Also had some delicious sushi--fresh and flavorful, and beautifully presented. And our server was adorable.

Excellent sushi and love the soft shell crab sushi. Sashimi was fresh and the service excellent. Glad to have it open again and enjoy such tasty and healthy food.

Delicious and Fresh Sushi!

They had several different styles and types of menus, a lot to choose from! I had the Lobster Roll, the Golden California Roll, Fireball and Misoyaki Mussels, everything was soo delicious and fresh and I can definitely recommend this place for a meal.
