Reduce your expectations a notch or two
Reduce your expectations. The venue is still lovely and the furnishings, including restroom, is still clean and lovely. The back patio dining still lovely with windows and natural beauty all around. Service is attentive. But, the food and ambience is more like a diner or food truck. It’s not bad, it’s just not the same. I enjoyed the large half-slice of orange and quarter-slice of melon. Scrambled eggs were fresh and hot. Wildflower Toast was thick and tasty. But, somehow, it was notch or two below expectations. The kitchen noise intruded into dining… loud chatter from staff, music that grated on the ears, and plates clanking. The staff clanked plates and tableware while gathering and setting out. The check payment system was inflexible and clunky. Adjust your expectations and enjoy an adequate breakfast.

Best breakfast in Lincoln City
I have loved the food at Wildflower for many years, and was excited to bring an out of town friend here. We had delicious sandwich/soup combo for lunch. I had rost beef and cheddar on that amazing house made bread, along with delicious, creamy clam chowder served in a mug! Lunch was so good we came back the next morning for breakfast, which also did not disappoint! My friend had eggs, bacon and a pancake and I had an omelette with hash browns and more of the amazing Wildflower bread.

Lunch is not available at 11:30, as advertised
I arrived at 11:30 for lunch. Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. After waiting over 45 minutes, at 12:20 I was pointed to a nearby table for four and given a breakfast menu. I asked the server for a lunch menu and he said that I was on the “breakfast list” and could only order breakfast. I did not ask to be on the breakfast list because I don’t like any breakfast foods, and because I can’t eat eggs. He rudely told me to leave the table and continue to wait until everyone had finished ordering breakfast. They say on their website that lunch is served from 11:30 until 3:00. Guess that is a complete lie. I left and will not be returning or recommending the restaurant to anyone.
